In 2018, we embarked on a journey to explore this fascinating place through a fresh lens. Each bottle of PÁŠXA tells the story of a land defined by extremes—the grapes that thrive here and the refined, expressive wines they become. With an exclusive focus on Single Vineyard Rhône varietal wines, Winemakers Sally Johnson Blum and Peter Urian work in tandem with Winegrower Serafin Saldana on our estate properties in The Rocks. The wines are released in January each year and only available for a short period.
